Discovery of New Antiproliferative Imidazopyrazole Acylhydrazones Able To Interact with Microtubule Systems

Even though immunotherapy has radically changed the search for anticancer therapies, there are still many different pathways that are open to intervention with traditional small molecules. To expand our investigation in the anticancer field, we report here a new series of compounds in which our previous pyrazole and imidazopyrazole scaffolds are linked to a differently decorated phenyl ring through an acylhydrazone linker. Preliminary tests on the library were performed at the National Cancer Institute (USA) against the full NCI 60 cell panel. The best compounds among the imidazopyrazole series were then tested by immunofluorescence staining for their inhibition of cell proliferation, apoptosis induction, and their effect on the cell cycle and on microtubules. Two compounds, in particular 4-benzyloxy-3-methoxybenzyliden imidazopyrazole-7-carbohydrazide showed good growth inhibition, with IC₅₀ values in the low-micromolar range, and induced apoptosis. Both compounds altered the cell-cycle phases with the appearance of polyploid cells. Immunofluorescence analysis evidenced microtubules alterations; tubulin polymerization assays and docking studies suggested the tubulin system to be the possible, although not exclusive, target of the new acylhydrazone series reported here.

针对车客渡船动力负荷切换频繁,传统柴油机推进油耗高、排放和噪声大的问题,提出一种基于变速发电机组和超级电容储能装置的直流配网型混合动力系统。目前系统已成功应用于“江苏路渡3011”轮,实船运行数据显示:该混合动力系统不仅能达到较好的节油效果、降低排放,更在操控性、舒适性上优于传统的柴油机推进模式。     

美国全面制裁伊朗对中国能源安全的影响与对策建议

美国自2018年5月宣布重启对伊朗全面制裁,伊朗再次成为国际社会关注的焦点。本文系统梳理了伊朗能源禀赋及开发利用现状,分析了伊朗对中国能源安全的保障程度及其优势,发现1997~2017年伊朗对中国石油安全的保障程度呈波动上升态势,对维护中国油气资源供给安全具有重要意义,认为中伊能源合作具有战略互补性、地缘政治优势、经济优势、历史文化基础和降低美元计价风险等优势。在上述基础上,本文从能源价格、供给渠道和运输安全三方面剖析了此次美国全面制裁伊朗对中国能源安全可能产生的影响,并从规避美国制裁风险和保障国家能源安全角度,提出了相关对策建议。     

公民水素养评价表征因素模型构建与分析

针对我国水资源紧缺、水生态损害、水环境污染等相关水问题,以提升全民爱水惜水节水护水的意识和能力为目标,从水素养概念出发,通过扎根理论质性研究方法对公民水素养评价的表征因素进行筛选和提炼,最终得出包含水知识、水态度、水行为为主范畴的10个表征因素并运用解释结构模型(ISM)深入剖析各因素之间的内在联系。在此基础上建立了3级多层次递阶结构模型,进一步精确描述系统各要素两两之间的直接关系。结果表明:公民水素养评价的表征因素自上而下形成了表象层、中间层和根源层等3个层级,可直观、清晰地反映表征因素之间的递阶、层级关系;水态度在各表征因素中具有调节作用以及各表征因素之间存在内在逻辑关系。研究成果为提高公民水素养水平提供一定的科学依据和政策参考。     

振动监测系统的可调增益技术与实现

文章设计了一种具有可调增益功能的振动监测系统。首先从监测层和测量层两个方面提出了振动监测系统的整体框架,之后给出了硬件系统和软件系统的设计方法及软件实现代码,利用控制芯片和可调增益放大器,在监测系统中整合了一套可根据采集信号幅值大小调整增益的数据采集装置;利用模拟信号发生器对不加增益和设置可调增益之后的两种信号进行了对比分析,并在汽轮发电机组实际工况下进行了振动信号采集。结果表明,具备可调增益功能的振动监测系统可有效提高采集信号的信噪比,提高汽轮发电机组的振动监测能力。     

大数据环境下基于K中心点优化算法的Web服务组合

在当前Web服务海量增加、现有Web服务选择算法低效、用户匹配度差的基础上，针对K中心点算法存在的质点偏移、准确率低和容易发生畸变等问题，提出一种大数据环境下基于K中心点优化算法的Web服务组合方法。该方法是在大数据环境下，根据不同用户需求满意度及Web服务QoS参数，对基于优化初始聚类中心的K中心点算法的Web服务选择及最优Web服务组合进行研究。同时针对不同的选择方法对服务动态选择及组合的准确度、迭代更新次数、候选集选择时间及选择总时间进行实验分析，验证了本文研究方法的有效性和可靠性。     

带权决策表的属性约简

属性约简是粗糙集理论的重要应用。考虑将决策表中的每行都作为一条决策规则时，若把表中出现相同决策规则的次数作为权，可得到带权决策表。提出了关于带权决策表的正域约简相应的辨识矩阵并给出了证明，从而得到了约简算法。相比于决策表中的正域约简时发现，通过将决策表转化为带权决策表后，再利用算法1进行约简时，其在一定程度上优于前者。提出了近似分类精度约简相应的辨识矩阵并给出了证明。对于2个算法，在选取的UCI数据集上进行了实验验证。通过实验进一步说明了所提出算法的可行性和有效性。     

面向连续查询的敏感语义位置隐私保护方案

针对连续查询位置服务中构造匿名区域未考虑语义位置信息导致敏感隐私泄露问题，通过设计[(K,θ)]-隐私模型，提出一种路网环境下面向连续查询的敏感语义位置隐私保护方案。该方案利用Voronoi图将城市路网预先划分为独立的Voronoi单元，依据用户的移动路径和移动速度，选择具有相似特性的其他[K-1]个用户，构建匿名用户集；利用匿名用户集用户设定的敏感语义位置类型和语义安全阈值，以及用户所处语义位置的Voronoi单元，构建满足[(K,θ)]-隐私模型的语义安全匿名区域，可以同时防止连续查询追踪攻击和语义推断攻击。实验结果表明，与SCPA算法相比，该方案在隐私保护程度上提升约15%，系统开销上降低约20%。     

高职院校计算机理实一体化实训室建设的探索

The integration of computer theory and practice in higher vocational colleges is the necessary condition to realize the train- ing of professional talents and improve the comprehensive quality of skilled talents. It is also the problem that needs to be solved first in the teaching of computer major in higher vocational colleges. This paper firstly introduces the definition and connotation of the integration of computer theory and practice, discusses on its construction objectives and basic concepts, then analyzes the con- struction value of the integration of computer theory and practice, including the contents of employment, professional teaching, cur- riculum supporting and qualification examination, finally discusses on the construction scheme of the training room of the integra- tion of computer theory and practice, and gives the objective evaluation of the construction results, hoping to effectively improve the level of the integration of computer theory and practice, and achieve the sustainable development of teaching.
